Primary Program
The Primary Presidency is pleased to present the 2019 Primary Program. The program will be held Sept 8th at 10:30am, during Sacrament Meeting.
NOTE: Due to the shortened sacrament meeting time, not all kids will have a speaking part as we only have 30 mins for the Primary program. However, each child will have an opportunity to sing upfront.
Church Statement on Word of Wisdom
LDS NEWS ROOM: In recent publications for Church members, Church leaders have clarified that several substances are prohibited by the Word of Wisdom, including vaping or e-cigarettes, green tea, and coffee-based products. They also have cautioned that substances such as marijuana and opioids should be used only for medicinal purposes as prescribed by a competent physician.
Ward Camp-out
The Ward Campout will be held Fri-Sat September 6-7 at Aspen View Recreation Camp, Wanship Utah ( Drive Time: 1h 20min )

Self Reliance Devotional
Self Reliance Devotional this Sunday (8/18) at 6 PM at the Stake Center. The devotional lasts an hour and a half. It serves as a kick off to the full 12 week Self Reliance programs. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Babysitting Available during Saturday Evening Devotional
August 10th: Young married couples that would like to attend the Saturday Evening Devotional – if any of you are in need of a babysitter, please contact Michelle Hansen. We will be collecting a list of Young Women who are available to babysit that evening.
Stake Conference Devotionals
As part of our upcoming Stake Conference, our stake will participate in two separate devotionals.
- Young Married Devotional (35 years and under) – August 10th, 6:30pm at the Sunset Ridge Stake Center. If either spouse is 35 or younger, the couple is invited to attend this devotional. Elder Quentin L. Cook of the Quorum of 12 Apostles will be presiding.
- Priests and Laurels Devotional – August 10th 6:30pm at the Oquirrh Point Stake Center (6270 W 7000S). A member of the Presidency of the Seventy will preside at this devotional. This devotional is specifically geared for Priests and Laurels. Due to space constraints, we are asked to invite only these members to attend.
