We’re hosting an event for all youth ages 7-11 to learn about the new program replacing the previous Activity Days and Scouting programs. Please join us for a fun evening to meet your new leaders and get some great ideas for personal development.

Our next Ward Temple Day is coming up on Friday November 22nd. We would like to get a group to do sealings at 7pm, then meet up at Nielsen’s Frozen Custard in South Jordan at 8:30-ish. Please let Jane Gregerson or Cody West know if you would like to join us!
On November 17, 2019, Elder Gerrit W. Gong will participate in a Face to Face event for all children and youth (ages 7–18), parents, and leaders. He will be joined by Sister Joy D. Jones, Sister Bonnie H. Cordon, and Brother Stephen W. Owen.
The event will focus on the upcoming Children and Youth effort, which will begin in January of 2020. The guests will answer questions about the effort from children and youth from around the world. If you would like to submit a question, you can do so below.
The event will be broadcast live. We invite you to gather as families and friends in meetinghouses, homes, or other locations to participate. You can view the event live on this page, the ChurchofJesusChrist Facebook page, YouTube, or BYU TV.
Senior leadership of the church has invited us to be informed and participate in the election process.
In response to this invitation, we have launched a new “Political” webpage on our SSR2.org ward website.
Political Page LINK found in SSR2 Menu
Our Ward Political Liaison, Bro Pyne, will be keeping this page up-to-date for us.
NOTE: This site will be informational only, and is not meant to sway your vote one way or the other, but to help keep you informed of the various meeting dates and times, and where to find political party information on candidates etc.
